"Went in to ER to have a fish hook removed from my thumb. No problems with the care. Three months later I get a bill for over $1600. No wonder this hospital can't even break even. Will not go back again."
"Exceeding poor performance by staff. Had to get Rx filled, but they could not even do that correctly. Had to call back 4-5 times just so my medications were called into the pharmacy correctly. They would have killed me if it wasn't for me doing a complete audit against what they prescribed me and what I should have been taking. I would not trust this place in any form, manner or means. I'm a diabetic, and they didn't even place a Rx for insulin. I had to call multiple times just to clarify the PA still wanted me to take it or not. They couldn't even answer simple questions like that. Time for a lawyer. Is it any wonder they are afraid of loosing the place / closing doors due to poor performance and bad actors."
"Nursing staff and paramedics are amazing here. The providers on call are not great. I have taken both of my children here due to severe illness and other reasons. Nursing staff and paramedics there have always been prompt with helping and making sure we are taken care of. The last experience I had when I was there will be the last time I ever take my children or myself to this facility. I always end up with the same provider there and he is horrible and rude. Back when they had mayo providers, my urgent care and er visits were great."
"I have utilized this facility for all my hospital needs for years. From delivering babies to ER visits for stitches to walk in clinic for ear aches. We have always had a positive experience. The staff is always willing to help."
