"Traveled with 2 year old grandson. The beds were comfy and room clean. Staff was friendly. Refrigerator and stove handy. Little guy loved the indoor pool with cute slides. Enjoyed our stay. I would like to experience it in the summer."

"The location is AMAZING. However, this hotel is older, run-down and the hallways smell like a wet dog. And we stayed in the middle of October. There is no ice machine as stated in another review. We were prepared to buy ice at the front desk, but the receptionist didn't have change for our $5 bill. So we just overpayed by $2. Not that big of a deal, but ice is free almost anywhere else in the Dells. Also, bring exact change if you want any old food and expired drinks from the dated vending machines - they don't accept cards or give change, either. Unfortunate when there is no other food on site. We stayed in a jacuzzi room and were pleased with the size of the tub. However, the jets lacked any power so it wasn't all that relaxing. Great location, just needs cleaning and some updates."

"We had a "guys weekend" for our annual Fantasy Football draft and stayed at the resort the weekend of August 25th-27th, 2023. The room had 3 guests (me, my brother, and our buddy) and we were all pleasantly surprised by the resort. From the moment we arrived the younger brunette girl/lady working the front desk was super welcoming and extremely helpful. She actually went out of her way to find us a roll-away bed when she heard one of us were planning to sleep on an air mattress in the room. THANK YOU for that. All employees at the front desk greeted us whenever we came and went which was nice. The only thing we found as a potential negative was that the lobby wasn't open early. Might be a result of staffing issues, but we assumed it would be open by 7:30 each morning when we went down there and it wasn't. Not a huge deal, but something that stood out. They also do not offer breakfast - which we knew - but keep that in mind so you aren't disappointed. Plenty of other local options though. Without getting too wordy, we felt the room was very clean, the resort was well kept (Beach/Pools/etc.) and all agreed we'd be back next year. The location was super nice as well....you were in the middle of the Dells, but felt like you were at a secluded lodge away from all the chaos."

"I am so glad I booked without reading the reviews. This place was amazing. We booked the trip for our 15th anniversary and were so amazed with everything included that we are looking for reasons to come back. The office people we extremely nice. The jacuzzi suite we had was quiet and clean. For the price you pay it is definitely worth it. They have kayaks for no extra fee, volleyball, ping-pong, nightly camp fires, there are grills that can be used for cooking out. I would much rather stay here than any of the bigger resorts. I only have 2 things I wish they would change. The first I wish the site would have let me pay for the whole stay up front, but definitely not a deal breaker. Secondly, they do not have an ice machine. Not a huge issue since they do sell ice but it would have been nice. Again for the price in this location I'm willing to pay for ice."
