"We call the company for a cab. The driver got to our destination and didn't get out to assist us with opening the trunk. When we couldn't open the trunk he got out leaving the car in reverse and almost running my wife and I over. Afterwards he drove like a drunk person almost causing an accident on a turn he made from the far left to the right causing the other cars to brake and have an accident. The car was the dirtiest car I ever seen. The driver had a sleeveless shirt and everytime he raise his arm it smell like a footlocker but worst. This company is at risk of hurting someone or getting sued. PLEASE WASH THE INSIDE OF YOUR COMPANY CARS AND THE DRIVERS SHOULD TAKE A BATH!!! Please address this issues before this driver hurts someone that can be even your child. I will never call this company again and definitely will alert others on this matter. Take action by having drug test and maybe a shower for them to wash and dress appropriate. I did tip the guy anyway but he didn't deserved a penny. "Yours truly never again passenger.""

"Very Rudy lady hung up on me. I called to get a guest a ride and she was bothered I guess by service they provide. I will not call this place again. Hope the driver is nice. Lady you should not be working the phones."

"I was a regular and if something goes wrong I contact the manager sometimes he'll do something about it and other times he won't. Otherwise the management does not care about the customers needs. I let management know I quit the taxi except for certain occasions and he ignored me. There's always 1 situation after another of delaying and always them messing up. It's better tell the dispatcher or driver whatever goes on. Even though management is busy he may not be very responsible of the company and he shouldn't be the manager and see someone else take his place. If overwhelmed don't contact the manager it will get worse and cause more stressful situations. Or if does not work out that way try Uber and go from there and if take Uber and bus transportation shows management is as low as any other transportation company out there"

"I was parking at Luckys Market in Vacaville and a Checkers driver almost hit my truck. I saw him accelerate to about 30mph then slam on the brakes at the storefront. He loaded an elderly lady into the car and took off before I could catch up to him. I was going to give the driver a piece of my mind. Probably just as well he left 1st. People who drive like that are usually combative when confronted. I'll be contacting the police now."
