"Beautiful park. Well groomed and paved paths. Lot of parking. Great place for families and events. A couple of ideas. A dog park/ play yard area and more doggie poop disposal bins. I seen quite a few " land mines" on our walk."

"Enjoyed our winter cabin stay here! Stayed one night which wasn’t long enough (especially given the effort that goes into packing/unpacking!), but we made the best of our 5pm-11am stay. The simplicity of the cabin was delightful, enough counter space to prepare food to cook over the campfire and wash dishes in a basin afterwards (spigot in nearby bathroom with potable water available even in winter months). There wasn’t enough snow on the ground for the sledding hill to be open, but the kids enjoyed throwing snowballs at each other while walking the trails. We hope to visit again in the summer/fall season!"

"Many trails with some rolling hills through grassland, woods and around lakes. When there is snow the long sliding hill is great. The five camper cabins are available for rent and are heated but no running water. Bathrooms with showers are nearby."

"Beautiful park with tons of accessible walking trails. They also have a lovely pavilion for weddings, family gatherings, etc. check out the camper cabins available for rent too! Great for: running, dog walking, family gathering, free hiking."
