"Have dealt with MANY ski shops over the past 58 years of skiing. This is definitely one of the best I've ever dealt with. They have good equipment and very fair prices as well as great service. This will be my go to place for all ski related things moving forward. Tom, the owner is great and very knowledgeable."

"Went here on a Friday at 1pm to get my skis waxed. Told them I was going up that night so I was able to drop them off and pick them up in an hour. Totally worth it if you're local to Napa. They also had a good selection of new skis and ski/snowboard accessories."

"My son had his new bindings installed at Snowdrift in Napa, because it was convenient, close by and could pick up the skis on his way to Tahoe. Unfortunately, on his second run, one binding came off and threw my son to the ground! Luckily, he was not seriously hurt. We went to the shop, told the owner Tom what had happened and looking for reimbursement. The First thing came out of his mouth was blaming on my son, that Because my son fell, pulled the binding off the ski! I’ve skied for 20+ years, and fell down so many times, never once the binding came off the skis! My son has been skiing since he was 3 years old, he’s 20 now and never had the binding came off the skis either! The owner said the binding came off to protect my son’s leg. Are you joking? The owner treated us like we know nothing about ski, and that my son was lying. He bullied us basically. Because here, a mother with a young man, so he could bully us? He told us leave the shop if we don’t accept his offer to fix it. Let him fix it, can we really trust him again? We left there disappointed and sick of his attitude. Shame on him for not taking responsibility. I would not recommend that place, nor trust that place. No star for this place if I could have that choice."

"Chances are, you chose to go the this ski shop because it is close to you in proximity. Don’t make the same mistake I did, spend some time and get your gear to a more reliable shop. These people overcharge and do a poor job. They mounted my skis and the binding became unmounted after 2 runs. Imagine driving up to the mountains only to find out your gear is completely defective."
