"Highly recommend this FBO. They treated my Baron the same as the Challenger 300 parked outside. The line folks were on the ball and the staff inside the FBO were friendly and accommodating. They generously offered up the crew car for us to take to lunch and the Pacific Coast Air Museum. While we didn’t buy 100LL off the truck, we did fill up at self serve."
"We have come twice in one week to Sonoma Jet Center and I am thoroughly impressed with the service of this FBO. We visit several FBO’s while out flying all over the country and when one of the places stands out it’s easy to notice. Both nights we overnighted we were greeted warmly and respectfully, it seemed the crews were really glad we were here. When we walked inside Kelly and Melissa at the counter were extremely nice and very knowledgeable these ladies made our first visit to Santa Rosa memorable. I enjoyed visiting with them on our second trip and look forward to visiting again. Also I enjoyed spinning the welcome wheel and winning the Hot sauce price. If you go to Charles Schulz airport in Sonoma county the place to get your plane serviced for fuel or overnight parking is Sonoma Jet Center 5 star service."
"Small, clean, professional and friendly. I work for an unrelated FBO in Hayward, and I’m bringing back some ideas for my GM. The restaurant that my instructor planned on going to had closed (Google, you lied!), so we got the crew car to grab a bite from KC’s American Kitchen (also highly recommended). If I come back to STS, I’m going to Sonoma Jet Center again!"
