"If I could give this service a zero I would most definitely give it a zero they definitely pick and chose.. I called them and I asked to get picked up and they answered they told me it was going to be 15 minutes.. 20 minutes past and no one came I called them and it went right to voicemail I called them again.. right to voicemail and this has happened many times how I said they pick and choose who to answer and who to give rides to .. it really upsets me because last time this happened to me I was late for work and I decided to give them another try hoping that their service has gone up but I was definitely wrong"

"Mixed results. They responded quickly the first time, and we're very courteous. The second time they didn't answer phone, but their recording requested I call another phone number that just played some music and never allowed for a message. Hopefully they run more consistently in the future and will become a reliable resource."
