"Always one of the best spots in Oakland for a show , this night was Al HARPER Band record release party. There was line dancing, it was wild. You can count on a good time here."
"Loved the atmosphere and vibes of the bar. However, the show my girlfriend and I went to go see ended early, without prior notice, and last call rang in at roughly 6:50pm. To our disappointment, we decided to at least get one more round and relocate to the back of the venue. However, we were promptly asked to leave because another show was starting, and there was a private event starting. We were given no advanced notice that we would have to leave. And we were unable to finish our round of drinks we had just purchased. Would have been nice to know time restrictions prior to making a purchase, paying the cover charge, etc, .... deceptive."

"I was here last Thursday and my experience was so uncomfortable that now I'm here. One of the girls working was so visibly wasted stumbling around, denying customers drinks and the most concerning part for me was watching her literally scream at her coworkers. I saw a couple other bartenders try to deescalate while she berated them. Disturbing/triggering to experience and completely unprofessional to say the least. Horrible environment for somebody that can't control their alcohol intake to work imo and I hope she gets herself sorted. I would like to come back, I enjoyed my experience with every other server and I would hope that they would be able to work in an environment free of abuse from their own coworkers. It's hard enough to serve a crowd of 100 drunk people. This woman should not be under the influence or working in this kind of environment at all."
"Really nice space! Cool retro vibe bar, cozy ambiance, good music, with a pool table in the back. Def want to come back for a live show or performance in the room next door. Looks a lot better than many of the older review photos!"
