"Right on Highway 11 just before Kapuskasing. Excellent stay, mini Kitchen, comfortable bed and clean. I would DEFINITELY stay here again! Chatted with owners a while, friendly people, nice to see such a well run local business."
"Pros: Microwave and Fridge Super clean and fresh bedding and comforter/pillows smelled great Quiet and great location The owner Brenda was very nice Vent fan in the bathroom Love being to park right outside our room Wood floors and that is a huge plus for my allergies You can't beat the price A/C Subway across the road and pizza delivery Cons...Not really a con but, bring ice and put it in your freezer in the room, they don't have an ice maker"
"I recently stayed at this location in room 101. I had called in advance and was able to ask for an end room with a king size bed which was nice. The only thing owners were very nice and responsive. The room was just enough for us. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Sink in the room with a decent TV that I could hook up my switch too. A mini fridge and ample storage. I am a light sleeper so I look for quiet rooms that I don't hear other rooms. I didn't hear my next door room. However I did hear them loading their truck to go hunting and the truck start up as it warmed up since they were just outside our rooms. Also as the morning went on I could hear some traffic from the road as well. 2ndly they don't have central air it's a wall heater unit. And not a quiet one. I was awoken every time it started up and was at the foot of the bed so I would get hot as it was on then colder when off. I did use ear plugs to help the matter as I said light sleeper. That said I would much rather be staying in this unit over the hotel down the road with the paper thin walls. Solid 4-5 for me. If the heater was updated and more quiet I would give a 5."
