"Heather greeted us (I was traveling with my dog). She was welcoming, friendly, efficient and later, she really helped me. At the end of the day, it's the staff that really make the difference. I hope this hotel knows how lucky they are to have Heather on their staff! Her help was so appreciated! She went above and beyond."
"My family stays here when they come to visit us. The rooms are clean as a whistle. The staff is 5 star. Why? They go out of their way to make you comfortable. For the majority of the day all 9 of us(or more) sat in the breakfast area and played card/dice games and had an absolute blast hangin out there. Respect to the owners and the amazing staff for how hard you work to make people feel like a guest. We will always use Cobblestone!"
"Very clean and smelled nice. Rooms were well taken care of and housekeeping was friendly. The only drawback is that there isn’t an elevator so if you can’t do stairs, get a room on the first floor. Would definitely stay here again."
"Customer service in Milwaukee is a lost art. The hotels are short staffed and unclean. This hotel was IMMACULATE! I could not find an area in the room or the common areas that was dirty. The agents were very friendly and accommodating. Overall experience is a 10."
"The young person who helped me check in was delightful. Reasonable rates. Very pet friendly (even had a goody bag for my pup). Room was clean. Plenty of towels for all of us without asking for more! Breakfast was OK. Mostly bread items... toast, bagels, waffles, cereal."
