"Only use this pharmacy if every other pharmacy in the twin cities is closed. Matter of fact, it'd be faster to drive to Wisconsin for medication. Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were happy with them until they cut back staff so severely that nothing is ever available when it is supposed to be. Called to confirm a prescription would be ready within 24 hours for surgery. Went to pick it up, and was told I'd just have to wait. Missed the surgery. Had to reschedule. No understanding at all. No apologies for lying that it would be ready at 9am. Or for making us miss the appointment. I wish I could give them -10 stars."

"I absolutely cannot tolerate this pharmacy any longer. I cannot comprehend why they cannot keep medications in stock. When, after contacting them about a prescription for 3 consecutive days, they tell me on the evening of the 3rd day - " Were hoping to get the shipment in tomorrow" What ?! There are so many things wrong with that statement I cannot even begin to express how frustrated I became. They also do not have the ability to put my prescriptions on auto refill because my "state funded insurance" does not qualify for that convenience in their system. This pharmacy fails on so many levels to provide even minimally satisfactory service. I highly recommend you take your needs elsewhere. Continuously disappointed"

"I love Hy-vee in general but the pharmacy staff are terrible!!! There is one specific pharmacist who is probably the most disgusting human beings I have ever met! Her name is Janea and apparently she is some sort of supervisor! She should be fired for the way she treats people. If you need a pharmacy stay FAR away from this one. I had to deal with this woman for a couple months and I still cannot believe how she treated me and others she has “helped”. She would yell and interrupt and treat anyone and everyone like they were the dumbest people on earth! I could not believe it."
