"DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is extremely poorly managed and has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I pulled in, it was poorly lit and obviously under construction with the manager’s family treating it like their personal living/dining room. It smelled like old food and smoke, and no one bothered to greet me. Then, when I managed to get someone’s attention, they told me my reservation was canceled. I informed them that was incorrect because I hadn’t received any communication stating the reservation was canceled and they basically told me that was my problem and to find another place to stay. Absolutely no effort to make any concessions or help on their part means I will NEVER stay here or encourage anyone else to stay here. They do not deserve our business!"
"The hotel is Remodeled superbly. The pool hot tub & ice machine all are working good, and they have a coffee machine inside the room. All of them the staff is super supportive and helpful. Will recommend my family and friends for sure."
"A great little place. They were accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good stay. We didn't even have to ask. They were attentive and offered their services. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long drive. There's a great breakfast and lunch diner right next door that was perfect. Gas station, Subway and a McDonalds all right there as well. Wal-Mart was maybe 4 minutes away."
"This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I should have know when he told me twice at check in there is no refunds. It was scary bad. Do not stay here ! The door looked like it had been kicked in and the outlet in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. That was just the beginning. No trash cans. We ran the air since we couldn’t turn the heat off. No place to hang anything. No ice. No breakfast. So creepy. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
"Not horrible but not great. When we got there they put us in a room that already had people in it. The room we got had boogers on the wall but otherwise was decently clean lol, toilet wouldn't stop running, outlet by the sink did not work & the beds are old. It was very close to downtown so that was a huge plus & it was cheap so I guess in a touristy town it's not so bad. The young man running around helping us get a new room was also super nice."
