"They were great until I needed after care for surgery!! I was told by my doctor that if I had difficulty with the pain after surgery to call and he'd take care of me. I called in the morning before the office opened because my pain level was higher than before surgery. They recommended I take Ibuprofen and Tylenol along with the prescribed pain med. By 330p it wasn't better, so I called back to ask for a better pain med along with info that I was getting a pinching and burning feeling, and it was radiating up my leg. Somehow, not all the info was passed on despite them asking who my pharmacy was. False hope that I was going to get relief. They did say someone was going to call back but no one did. So I called again around 445p and talked to a nurse who was not helpful one bit. I was told my pain level of a 5 should be tolerable, and I was lectured on taking the pain meds as prescribed. I told her I was taking it more often because it was not reducing the pain. She let me go and eventually called back with no helpful information. Now I'm left in pain that is radiating up my leg. She said if I needed more to go to the ER. That's not what my doc said, and I am beyond frustrated. He said he'd help me!! If I go to the ER, I'll likely sit there for hours with my leg not elevated and in more pain only to be told I can't get anything, so I'm not sure it's worth it."
