"I'm a disabled veteran and I was rear-ended by a AAA insured driver. There was $31k in damage to my new truck. I was injured in the collision. The AAA adjuster, BreAnna Lambert, has been terrible in all aspects of her job other than protecting AAA. We have reached a settlement, which has been ongoing since May 2023, and now she is refusing to contact me since we reached a settlement. I just went through watching my mother die from cancer in December and I advised her of this and she and AAA don't care. They are inhumane. I've been crashed into by AAA clients on 2 prior occasions and never had issues. This leads me to believe BreAnna is heartless or AAA also doesn't stand by the law and morality. Switch your insurance! We dropped our home insurance with AAA due to this."
