"Our insurance broker Maria Carranza completely misinformed us of coverage on our personal liability despite the fact that in our email correspondence she said one thing, but really she had it all wrong. In fact her lack of knowledge on a policy she sold us cost us literally thousands when we had to make a claim. It took her 9 days to even respond to my husbands inquiry about our coverage. I’m nearly 40 years old, lived in three countries and have dealt with insurance for both car and personal for over 20 years. I’ve never dealt with this level of incompetence before. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere."
