"I needed to get a procedure done ASAP and the Dr had to cancel my procedure because no one would answer the phone to authorize the procedure. The trust office has called and cant get through either. No operator,no message no nothing letting anyone know whats going on. I am very upset because this is urgent and if not treated soon the problem will get worst. This is so frustrating."
