"The two employees at the Germantown WI location are horrible. I went to have a rapid COVID test done and the employee did not want to wear a mask. When I asked her to wear a mask she got upset and started mocking me and rolling her eyes and said "I'm a medical assistant with a whole career" I didnt understand what the point of that comment was. When I asked her to please stop being rude she asked her coworker to swab me or I could go somewhere else!! Just horrible. The other employee said nothing and just watched as she tried to keep her kid quiet, but eventually did the swab. Yes there was a small child there!! The employee brought her small child to work. This is definitely not the place for kids. After my horrible experience I contacted a manager who said he needs to investigate the incident and that there are two side to a story. He said he will get the employees statement (which I'm sure they will lie). I don't understand why these employees are still here. I will not be returning and have reported my experience to the state."

"I wasn't feeling well and I was going to see my elderly parents in a few days so I thought I would get a Covid and FLU Test just to make sure I didn't have to cancel my visit. I walked into their offices and they greeted me promptly and got me right in. Their staff was professional and prompt and very efficient. They offer amazing customer service and I got my results that night! Thank you Summit!"

"I can't give 5 stars because, well, it's a place where you're surrounded by coughing people waiting for lab tests. Just yuck. However, Summit labs has their system down and the process moved quickly and smoothly both times I visited. The first was over lunch hour. There were about 40 ahead of me and my son. We were both through the line in 20 minutes. The 2nd was around 9:30 am. That was smooth sailing, walked right in, scanned the qr code, sat in our assigned testing spot... The staff were all professional, wearing all the protective gear, and cleaning each test station after each patient or family group that sat there. What's sad is we were probably safer from catching germs there than we would be at church or school because of all the precautions."

"I'm not sure what one considers a short wait, but both times we went we waited around 1:45 to 2 hours. To me, that is NOT a short wait. In addition, the only reason people are there is because they aren't feeling well and yet there were well over 100 people inside the building. I don't know if there is a better way to do it. Perhaps a virtual queue? The results took around 24 hours to get back to us. No one ever mentioned paying more to get faster results, which sounds "illegal". So poor people have to wait longer to get their results than rich people?? The staff was friendly and courteous."

"BE CAREFUL!!! This new location next to Target was dangerously crowded on the day I went (New Years Eve) to help my mom get tested for travel. We arrived 30 minutes after it opened and there were easily 150-200 people waiting to get tested. It took us over 1 and a half hours to get tested. One lady was also taken away by an ambulance because she was experiencing severe symptoms while she waited. I didn't get tested because I didn't need to (no symptoms and wasn't exposed) and I was wary about taking off my double surgical mask. I was uncomfortable the entire time there but stuck through it because my mom really need to get tested. A day after going there, I started feeling sick. The flu-like symptoms picked up the next day. And by the third day, I tested positive with an at-home testing kit. I'm a homebody and pretty much stayed home all weekend. I also wear a mask (sometimes two) to every public space. Granted, I might have gotten COVID elsewhere (though I think it's likely I got it while waiting here) but I'm still uncomfortable with how many people were crammed in that building. There should've been some maximum capacity with everyone else having to wait outside. Also, my mom tested positive there but tested negative at another facility as well as using an at-home test so there was some discrepancy there. To their credit, I had a great experience here in the summer when I went to help my aunt and uncle get a COVID test for travel. They were in a smaller building then and there were less people there. The results came the same-day as advertised and the staff was friendly so I recommended it to others. But because of the increase of cases due to Omicron, there were a lot more people getting tested than before and the new location made it possible to let more customers in at one time. By all means, get tested here if you need to. But be cautious and maybe arrive well before it opens so you can be one of the first ones to get tested."
