"UPDATE: You didn't replace anything got me. I bought another one. I can tell who wrote this. Don't be salty, just be nice! You met my standards until the Rude Neither took care of me. I had a GREAT Experience at this shop. Akeel was Incredibly friendly, helpful and so very pleasant to speak with. I Sincerely Appreciate his help and Generous Kindness. I give Ten ⭐️ if I could. This WAS A FIVE until March 2 when I dealt with the brother. Had given it 5 Stars but than I dealt with the Incredibly Unfriendly brother twice! Doesn't smile, looks annoyed when you are talking to him about products that don't work and likes to, we will say Debate about what you are telling him. When I visited the store three other times before I dealt with his brother. Super Friendly, kind, smiled, helped me find what I needed which is the COMPLETE Opposite of his taller brother who looked annoyed when I asked for assistance with cartridges. I'll get my meds for my Spinal Stenosis with Myelapothy elsewhere."
