"I went to Recon to find some furniture for the office remodel. When I entered I noticed it was very clean but then I noticed it was almost abandoned of life. I was the only customer but I noticed an employee in the back corner. He stared at me for a few seconds then looked back down. I spend about 20 minutes in the store and He did not acknowledge me at all. If he was busy on the phone or something, I would understand but to just sit there and do nothing, it was beyond rude. I wish there was some sort of customer appreciation because I would have purchased my furniture there, but if that is how they treat there customers, what will there product be like. I will not spend a dime there because of that."
"If you're looking for the BEST place to buy office furniture for your work-from-home endeavors, Recon is it. I've purchased three chairs from them in the past two years. The first chair didn't hold up well (that one was on me), but the second and third were phenomenal buys. They offer *positively insane* discounts on their used furniture. I recently purchased a used Steelcase Leap from them and those chairs (new) run upwards of $1700. For less than $300 I've got a chair that helps me work better AND is fantastic to sit in. The staff go out of their way to serve and make sure you have the best experience. As long as I'm within driving distance, you bet I'll get my office furniture from Recon."
