"Great Property, but staff are not on the same page. One inconvience after the next since I moved to San Diego last June and placed in the wrong unit. And still having Huge issues to this day. Updated review. Came home to my front door open sliding patio open, the blinds in the second room open to anyone who wanted to walk in and take a peak and the washer and dryer are disconnected and outside of the laundry storage just out in the open for everyone to see. and get this no tech or maintenance personnel in sight. Paradise Gardens is managed horribly!"

"Almost 2 years here never had an issue with them not fixing anything properly. The office people are courteous and respectful. I'm very surprised this community has 2 and half stars seeing as they are always trying to host small community events for little ones and people to try and get to know each other and respond to maintenance calls almost right away. The surrounding area is nice and clean definitely considered the "nicer" part of Chula Vista."

"I am going to be real. If you want a private and secure home. Don't move here. I honestly feel like these people don't care about tenants privacy, they enter your home without your permission even when you ask them not to. What's the point of having an alarm. I hate living here - just trying save up enough money to buy my own place. The office staff "try"to be nice but I'm m not the type to buy that fake smile. I am so done with all the repairs and changes that needs to be done. All I can say is don't move here!!!!"

"A beautiful community located right here in Sunny Chula Vista. It's military housing Town Homes for those who are in service. It's quiet and clean out here and the leasing office works hard into making sure your move in day goes as smooth as possible. I've been here for about a week now and have nothing bad to say about this community, Yet. Also, because of the high popularity of this place, it is long wait on the waiting list."
