"I purchased my tires here 4/16/2023. I came back for a tire patch and rotation. Even with an appointment, it took a 4-hour wait time. When they returned my car, the paperwork stated they had rotated my tires, but when I went to check, my tires were not rotated. I always mark my tires to ensure they are rotated. Then I went to the worker who was working on my vehicle to verify if the rotation was done, and he said no. I went back to the tire clerk and told them I waited 4 hours just for a patch, and you guys didn’t even rotate the tires as written on the paperwork. They said, 'Oh, we're sorry, we are humans, we make mistakes!' I talked to the manager, and he was very rude and not understanding at all. He refused to even care that I waited 4 hours for service that was not done as promised. I had to come back the next day and wait another 3 hours for the rotation that they failed to do yesterday. Never again will I buy tires from Costco. It's not worth it!"

"Spent $209.00 and barely have enough food for the week end. BUT, I have all the laundry detergent, chocolate, batteries, socks, rugs, and stuff I didn't even know I needed for a year. IMPULSE BUYERS BEWARE. THEY HAVE STUFF THERE YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN YOU NEEDED. MY WIFE COULDN'T GET OUT FOR LESS THAN $500.00. EVER!"

"My customer service at Costco is excellent. Team members greet you with a smile and are always willing to you. The full broasted chicken is wonderful and helps out if you don't want to cook $4.99. you cannot beat that price. Grocery stores are selling the same chicken for $7.99-$10.00. daily free samples of food and drinks are delicious. Sometimes checking out looks intimidating but it moves very quickly."
