"Lived here for 3 years and hated every moment. Roaches everywhere. When we called management they accused us of bringing them, but they had pest control onsite every week. We were told there was extra parking up front and once we moved in we were then told that parking is for maintenance vehicles only. absolutely zero amenties despite what is listed on their site. the dog park was the only amentity aside from the gril in the center of the complex. However management decided it was too much of a hassle to empty the dog waste bin and removed it. By the time we moved out they broke down a section of the fence in the dog park so dogs could just run out. Water outages every other week. some days no hot water. They called pest control once and we had to pack up everything for 3 weeks! While they sprayed the complex. Neighbors are loud and fighting constantly. you hear everything! Save your money and move somewhere else."

"My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years & recently moved states. We loved our apartment as it was on of the first to be remodeled when we moved in. The property manager Anthony was so nice and was always around cleaning up! We'll definitely miss this apartment highly recommend it!"

"Anthony is a genuinely pleasant manager. He extremely helpful, polite, professional and provided amazing customer service. We had taken the day to apartment hunt and he answered our call, giving us a tour the same day. He explained that him and the owners are new and have been there for about 6 months so, take that in consideration when reading any past reviews. The apartments were quiet and the inside of the apartments were gorgeous and spacious. The only reason we didn't move here was because we found something closer to my job."

"Manager is the ultimate low, he doesn't care ! He will evict, tow your car yell at your children and he is never in he's office when you need something. They are new owners and they sent this barbaric as the manager. Dear owner, thank you for your response, I recommend you post your corporate name and contact information in the building so other tenants with same complaint as mine are able to contact you. I know for a fact there are other tenants that feel as strong as me or worse."

"Upon entering Vista pacific villas You will notice trash spilling from the dumpsters, Which were just emptied that morning. Dumpster areas are cluttered with appliances from vacated apartments. You can actually follow liquid trails from an apartments front door to the dumpster. Upon moving in I thought it was nice of them to allow pets. NOT SO MUCH, if you love the smell of dog $#! + then this is the place for you. Not only do you get to step in it, but the upstairs neighbors will hose it right onto your patio. Management has changed three times in two years and the new one does not even live here so nobody turns on the lights. Like living in a coal mine. Plumbing is terrible, I know of six Apts including mine that have flooded from upstairs problems. Wifi channels are impossible i have best package cox offers and I have to plug TV into the router. Otherwise I get buffered all day. Cox tech came out and said nothing could be done except using ethernet for every connection. Now onto the sewage leak that has been puddling in my backyard for over a year. It just got fixed. I sure won't miss those mosquitoes. Or the smell. I know I'm forgetting many other terrible things, but my fingers are tired. Avoid at all costs. P.s. Don't be fooled by the granite counter tops, you can't polish a turd."
