"Great place to live Very Pet Friendly"

"If you’re homeless, rather stay homeless than renting an apartment here. Literally no airflow inside the apartments. During summer the apartment turns into an oven. Dog wastes everywhere. Dogs are always barking, weed smell all over the compound. You will see homeless people messing around with the trash. On top of that the manager Laura Acosta is extremely rude and disrespectful. Last but not the least, laundry is non functional most of the time and whenever it works it will ruin your clothes. Please see attached photos."

"This place is horrible. Constant bug problem with how dirty some of the tenants are. VERY YOUNG kids running around all day unsupervised (even at the pool) jumping on cars, jumping in the dumpsters, getting into fights. Like seriously where are your parents. Drama ON A DAILY from our neighbor where there was constant screaming and fighting and slamming. And not to mention how HOT our unit got. NO air flow at all. No AC. and it’s carpeted nearly everywhere. Not an enjoyable place to live. Staff is somewhat friendly but absolutely no help at all."
