"I currently live here and it's a beautiful complex. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing. There are large barbeque grills in the pool area. The grounds are kept up nicely. There are cameras and very friendly security at night to lock the amenities at closing time. There is also a fitness center that is normally empty. It has had multiple upgrades over the past few years. Pets are allowed and residents are very good about cleaning up after their pets. The mailboxes were just replaced and there's even an Amazon Hub across from the mailboxes. Overall it is a great place to live. I love it here."

"My friend and her children live at these apts. They have for a few years. The neighbors who live upstairs and also the neighbors who live next door are all quite friendly. There is a difficult situation with parking here though. They only provide one parking space per unit and no visitor parking area so the visitors have to find somewhere outside the gates (because they do have electric security gates on both entrances) These gates have also been an issue for me since they only can be opened with a remote. BOTH TO ENTER AS WELL AS TO EXIT. I've been stuck inside after my friend left with her remote and the gate was closed when I tried to leave."

"Moved here on a month to month lease. I’ll give 4 out of 5 stars due to how well management worked with us on moving in as I was moving from out of state. The 2bd 2bath was not bad at all. Very clean. APARTMENT HAS NO A/C. I thought that was really weird! Never been to a place with no AC. Not sure if that’s a normal thing around here but I feel like it’s something they should have mentioned! Appliances, cabinets, etc was not fully up to date but that was okay. A few things didn’t work like a closet light and stove burner and management said they were gonna get someone on it but never happened. PARKING is a pain if you have more than one vehicle like we did. You only get one assigned parking and you have to park your other vehicle outside the gates. They up kept the complex pretty well. Complex was quiet. Neighbors were quiet. OVERALL not a bad place to temporarily stay as we stayed for only 2 weeks and had to leave because for one this place wasn’t for us(no AC and not a good area for our kids, school wise) and we found a home."
