"Great place to live, a real community vibe. They have made aesthetic improvements, although pool area can use some repaving&painting. Secondly, I wish it was easier to switch apartments, the process seems to always be delayed. Overall it's a decent place to live."
"If possible I would give this establishment zero stars. Not only did I get led on for almost 3 weeks in one property, they said they wouldn’t deposit our holding deposit but once we got tired of waiting for nothing they told us it had already been deposited and they would a check but didn’t even a sending addressing . They wanted our time and could careless. The ladies in the office said we were approved and we could moving but a day later got a message saying our income wasn’t valid after getting approved."
"I agree with the other two recent reviews!!! My apartment was also infested with bed bugs after 3 months of moving in!!! They tried to blame me for it and my 4 year old son had a bunch of bites all over him, trust me you do not want to go through this. Most horrible experience ever! And they made me pay for the heat treatments which came up too 2,000 $ ... blaming me etc. When the neighbors below me where infested as well and that’s where they probably came from."
"I love living here! Our manager, Hannah, is knowledgeable and super helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure problems are dealt with in a timely fashion and she's always available to make sure tenant's needs are met. The apartment complex is kept clean, well maintained and the rent is reasonable. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place to live."
