"I was very shocked to see the poor, uneducated behavior of a sales staff towards their customers at the self-checkout counter, right in a famous hypermarket like Costco. The Employee didn’t know how to say Please, sir or madam to customers, he guided customers by yelling at them, was impatient with the elderly and show contempt for them, as if they were criminals. I wonder if this is how Costco trains its employees or because they are treated poorly so they take their anger out on the customers? I would love to send this feedback to Costco's customer feedback so they can improve this basic customer service standard. After sharing this to the public through GGmap"
"Because of the bulk item discounts on almost everything, this place is always packed with people and cars in the parking lot and in line for gas ⛽️ at the pumps! Being crowded because of the savings and deals is this place’s only drawback."

However, all the employees at this location are good with service and efficiency due to their consistent busy workflow. I am and will always be a big fan of Costco and it's own Kirkland brand.
