Had an issue with their gas duct heaters and tech support stated they’d never seen the equipment before and could only provide a wiring diagram and I/O manual. Do your research before spending tens of thousands on this equipment. There are more supportive manufacturers than RA."

"If you can, avoid this company. I called up customer care center about a malfucntioning ERV (air exchanger) which was under warranty. They did not provide any help to remediate the problem. Simply asked me to pull up every single hvac repair stores in my neighborhood to see who repairs their sub-par quality equipment."
