"(Oct 2023) I got KS9 aids here in Sep 2020; friendly, efficient people, excellent technology, great price, always rapid cleaning/checkup while shopping. But I had a problem for which I had to make multiple visits (appointments could take a while to get), even a return of the pair for repair (no loaners :( so I bought Apple Airpod Pros from Costco to be cheap aids for a couple weeks) That long-term problem is the only reason to "take off a star" ...and I finally decided I would just start over - buy new aids (from Costco), and give up on the KS9s So in Oct 2023 I dropped by just before closing time to make an appointment, and was telling my story to the desk-person, when "Juan" overheard and jumped in with "never give up! Let me try!" He stayed late, reviewed my history, literally listened to my aids (using this tube like a stethoscope), changed domes, and changed the programming, then walked me around the store into different sound environments verifying the new programming was switching properly, etc. I have gone out and verified his fix really has cured my problem (though I might still go back for new aids in a couple months, because I understand the Jabras are even better than my KS9 aids in some ways) Everyone there has always been patient and interested in helping, never left me feeling rushed, never tried to upsell - but Juan just "raised the bar" - and restored Costco Hearing Aid to being a 5-star place for me!"
