"Stayed there while in town for the Wisconsin State Senior Tournament. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated the walk-in shower. The bathroom, in general, was roomy. TV was a large flat screen and had a huge selection of cable stations. Beautiful view of Lake Michigan."
"I only ate breakfast there but the food was excellent! and my waitress was awesome very friendly and good at her job and when I got there she was the only there but I didn't seen anyone not being taken care of. can't wait to eat here again. oh and the view is great"
"Booked the room online for $238, when I entered to check in the staff told me I needed someone 21 to check in, So I left and got my step dad to stay with us, To which the 2 front desk lady’s proceeded to say “We are aware of this room and will be keeping a close eye on it” I find that very unprofessional. There where multiple people on are floor I heard saying it was the “Party Floor” and had a couple people say “where y’all partying” I don’t know what the staff said but that’s disrespectful if they where telling people it was a “party floor” And for $238 Service was terrible and room was small."
"It is located in a perfect location. Downtown or the lake is right out the front door. Front personnel were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. The beds were very comfy. I would definitely stay there again."
"10/10. Susan the manager helped us plan our wedding reception at the hotel and it could have not been more beautiful. She gave us the absolute best day ever. The rooms are clean and updated with a great restaurant downstairs."
