"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I called to inquire information for my 60+ year old mother and the lady at the first desk was EXTREMELY rude. She hung up on me twice, she was not helpful and she refused to answer my questions. What’s sad is my mother really wanted to live here but, I refuse to allow her to live in such a place. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVEWS… their customers service is a reflections of how they treat their tenants. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! This is unacceptable behavior and I hope the management and owner of this property strong consider hiring more professionals customer service representatives."

"My Aunt lived there for years, but when Richard took over as manager things became miserable. All social events were canceled and common areas were restricted to residents only..NO Visitors ! There is also a woman who pushes herself as a caregiver. She took over my aunt's life. Rosa changed my aunt's checking account, phone numbers, door lock, cancelled Hopice care (uterine cancer at 107 years old), refused hospital care for an open wound. Rosa refused to allow any family or friends to vist. She told lies about everyone to convince my 107 aunt to stay by herself. She died today...all alone."

"My Uncle lives at this place and my dad and I have been trying to reach him for weeks. We live on the East Coast, so I called the Property Management to ask them to check on my Uncle for me and the lady told me that "THEY DO NOT CHECK ON THEIR RESIDENTS" and that I needed to "Call the Police to do a "WELLNESS CHECK". I was in disbelief!!! I bet they will check if that rent is not paid!! I would NEVER put my loved ones in a place that did not care about them!! This is a SENIOR Community and they will not check on the elderly people who live there....that is too Deep for me! Just Unbelievable!!"

"Don't inquire about renting here unless you want to deal with rude and unprofessional people managing these apartments or want your loved ones to deal with shady people. Jasmine, the so-called manager and the other girl who answers the phone want to do the minimum and get paid. Providing information and answering questions about the vacancies is apparently too much work for them so they'll hang up on you after answering one or two. They're both a joke. I wouldn't trust that they treat tenants well, considering they're blatantly rude and disrespectful to people inquiring about housing. If I could give them zero stars, I would and once I determine who to report them to being that they're dealing with a vulnerable population, I will be doing that."
