"If yall are going to raise the housing rate, at least install central air. In a hot state you only provide heat. $2,175 is reasonable for no air, but 2,375 for appliance that break every other week, pest control every other week, etc is ridiculous. Plus you changed your name because you were about to be sued."

"We love living at Lincoln Housing! Amber and Kerri in the front office are fantastic. The maintenance crew, amazing! The location is great for walking to the beach, pier and Main Street shops. Lincoln Housing puts on awesome and fun family gatherings throughout the year. The only issue we encountered, was no AC. However, AC is not needed year round. Typically the weather is incredible. There can be some very hot days, but then it passes. With that being said, it’s a great location to live at a great price. We’ve enjoyed calling Lincoln Housing in Seal Beach home for the past 3 years!"
