"I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I was harassed by the maintenance man/ breakfast person. I saw ants at breakfast table. Foul language and the smell of Marijuana by room 109. Don't waste your money."

"It's a fair place to stay for a short time. The location is decent as you are not far from places to eat or even the local Kwik Trip. The service was horrible even with what appears to be staffing issues. There is hardly ever anyone at the desk even with the buzzer they have. Upon first arrival, all employees were outside smoking and any other time we went through the main entrance or even when we went to get ice. Always coming in from smoking. Maybe that's the issue of poor service? Here is the best part, they allowed a very large group of adults to play cards and drink at midnight in the main lobby all the while being loud and rambunctious. The employees were unreachable by phone or even coming down to speak with someone to complain. This place seems to not care about their guests. Best hope you aren't coming to town for an event or during an event because you won't get decent sleep or service here."

"I read some of the other reviews that were complaining, but it was so close to family I booked anyway. I had a great experience. I had a first-floor room, convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. It had all the amenities I wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a guy smoking on the front patio, but he was a nice, polite employee. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great! I will happily stay there again."

"Upon arrival, the parking lot and lobby were overrun with a large group that literally took over any open spaces for two days. They even were allowed to bring their grills. We had reserved a Junior Suite, but instead were put in a room with a hot tub, probably from the 90’s. When we complained, we were told we’d been “ungraded” to the Hot Tub Suite. Not that we intended to use the hot tub, but the hairball stuck to the filter confirmed our decision to take a hard pass. Staff failed to wake up to make coffee or set up anything called breakfast, but some woman finally showed up, disheveled and confused. I guess she lives at the hotel. The carpet was filthy, the microwave didn’t work (it was unplugged) and everything was damp. Did we get charged a healthy fee to stay at this paradise hotel? Yes, we did…they charged our credit card when we booked the room, and again after we got home…for two different rooms. Don’t stay here. Seriously."
