"Ted Mead is a small-time con artist. I've talked to 9 different people now (tenants and property owners) who have the same opinion. He acted as my fiduciary and rented me a place for $4800/mo missing major appliances, blinds, had broken toilets, and multiple botched repair and paint jobs. I found out after moving in that it was his recommended people to the landlord and his offering discounted "property management" services that led to these conditions. Everything is pre-existing once tenants change hands which he believes gets him off the hook. I'm convinced he has no money so decided not to take him to small claims court. If you decide to do business with this man, expect to get burned, and if you decide to sue, let me know if you're able to get him to pay up."
