"The customer service at the Eyeglass Shop is absolutely stellar. Rob can be trusted for accurate information and doesn't try to up sell. He knows his trade very well. This is so rare. Rob was very particular adjusting the frames of my new daily wear glasses and even installed silicone nose pieces. I did not receive the same service from an eyecare center in Duluth the last time I got glasses. Their prescription warranty is wonderful and I had to take advantage of it. My new bifocal prescription did not provide the focus range for computer work and Rob had new lenses made for me for no extra charge. If you work at a computer a lot, make sure you tell the optometrist that your bifocals must provide a focus distance between 26 and 31 inches, or whatever distance you work at. I find this distance to be perfect for me. I also ordered Wiley X safety glasses with a bifocal at the bottom and top (double Ds) so I can work comfortably over my head. When the safety glasses arrived, Rob checked them closely for correct manufacture and found the bifocals were off axis. He is sending them back to be remade. Rob responds quickly to email too! I highly recommend the Eyeglass Shop."
