"Where do I start? Stuffy and musty room, worn towels, hard and stained sheets, mold covered fridge, mold covered walls and feeling in the pool area. Tweakers and police in the parking lot. This morning I went to get breakfast at 8:53 and was told “sorry breakfast is till 9” as she put the only edible thing that is served (waffles) away. All of the muffins, cereal are rock hard stale, bread was moldy, eggs were too watery and salty to eat. What bargain of a hotel …"
"There was mold around the refrigerator seal and the front of the refrigerator, probably on the carpet in front of the refrigerator also. Front desk employees were nice. There's a great restaurant across the street!"
"Would never stay there again! Check in was a nightmare. Guy was rude when we told him we were splitting the cost of the room. Rolled his eyes at us! Then got charged for two nights instead of one! Called to speak to manager but wouldn't let me, said they were busy and to call back. Called back and told him why I was calling and asking for manager, still couldn't get manager said they were unavailable! Took two days to get it straightened out and four days to get reimbursed! Never got to talk to manager! Room also smelled funky when we stayed there. Wouldn't go back!"
"Was a ok hotel/motel but very outdated. Rooms really need some modern features. The carpet and furniture look like there from the 70s. Bed was comfortable enough. No elevator at this location so if u want a king size bed be ready for stairs. Bathroom was in good shape and looked like it was remodeled sometime in last couple years."
"Our car broke down near Sparta and we had to book last minute at the Super8. They were so kind and accommodating of our situation! The room was simple but nice, the pool and hot tub were clean and they were flexible with our checkout and allowed us to stay for a few hours while we waited for our vehicle. Wonderful experience especially for the price."
