"It takes months to get an appointment only for them to have you wait an hour in the lobby, room you, and then forget about you. I was literally forgotten about for almost 3 hours! I stepped out several times only to be told that they would be with me each time. Finally, the doctor walked in and said, “I won’t be able to see you today. They forgot to check you in”. They then had the nerve to send me to collections over an unpaid bill! Good luck seeing a penny from me."

"The worst decade of medical care I have ever received. Don’t expect to get an appointment for months out, and when your finally do you’ll be waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen for 5 minutes. If you have any issues regarding your pregnancy or care, definitely do not call them and ask your doctor for advice on whether you need to go to the hospital or not, because they won’t call you back anyways."

"I want to thank Magaly and Haley for properly handling the issue I was having in getting my RX refilled. I understand that this clinic is going through some changes, and have had a difficult time getting a couple of employees to understand my simple request of getting a RX filled. Today was my third call (since 10/18), where previous employees gave me different answers and never returned my calls. Well, I reached Magaly this morning and she knew just what to do. She got Haley involved and within 2 hours, my phone call was returned. Within 15 minutes of speaking to Haley, my RX was already filled. Thank you Magaly and Haley for your competence and handling my issue. I appreciate it and hope that you two get promotions!"

"The audacity to charge $50 for being more than 15 minutes late to an appointment or no show, but then have you wait OVER an hour past your designated appointment time before you're even in a room, another hour before you leave the building. Unbelievable. What is the point of setting an appointment time just to sit and wait for over and hour to even be seen? No respect for people's time. I was scheduled at 2pm and when I get here I'm told I was rescheduled with another provider at 3:15 but was not informed AT ALL until getting there. Then I sit in the waiting room until 4:15 and missed another appointment I had scheduled because San Dimas has zero respect for patients time."

"Always enjoy my visits to San Dimas! The whole team from front desk to the back clinic are great! My Doctor is Dr. Del Mundo and he’s always thorough with his appointments and always answers any questions I have. The system they use for checking in before coming into your appointment is very convenient! Making appointments is very easy as well. They also have an app to download that contains all the information from your visits, which helps you keep track. Overall, I’m very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone!"
