"The service level from reception is atrocious. They are not helpful nor flexible and try to flex their power to vulnerable patients/parents. During a phone call one of the receptions spoke negatively to my daughter about me. It was totally inappropriate. We will be looking for a new pediatrician. Although my daughter's experience with Dr. Fitter was positive, the cons outweigh the pros in dealing with that office."

"Erika the front desk receptionist is incredibly rude. As a mother you are consistently navigating timing. I called to try and move my appointment and there was zero understanding on Erika's behalf. Of course, the doctor is busy and booked, which I understand, but there was no solution on Erika's end and she handled the situation in an aggressive uninterested tone, which does not help me in any way. I will no longer be calling UCLA to make appointments."

"I usually feel like they're doing me a favor to get me in there instead of me being the paying customer. I don't feel compassion that they want to help me, rather it's just a job. I've also been badly misdiagnosed here! Location is great but for some reason the level of service I'd expect to see from a doctors office in this area, is not what I get here. Not sure if they're just left with doctors who have no other place to go to for UCLA or what, but the doctors I've liked there left and just not a place I can rank as good aside from the location and it's clean. The front of the house staff seem nicer in person than on the phone, sorry to say. Other reviews have said this as far back as years ago and guess that will never change despite the reviews."

"This is my second pediatrics office with UCLA and I can truly say that I feel like my children will always be properly cared for here. The pediatricians are knowledgeable and will always ask me questions about my observations and how I see my children. They always ask permission to me and my child before starting any procedure or checking them, to keep them as much at ease as possible. The nurses are sweet and energetic. The front desk staff is helpful and on top of every detail. Facilities are spacious and clean and welcoming."
