"Friendly staff. Should book rooms apart from each other, especially joined rooms. I was a long stay, one week. The back end of the hall door was unlocked and commonly slammed shut. Breakfast bar was great and well stocked. The pool is warm no hot tub though. Overall I had a good stay."
"I stayed here recently for a friend's wedding that I was in. There was a lot of miscommunications on how the rooms were being split up that had little to do with the hotel staff BUT the fact that when I tried to talk it out with one of the staff a few times he was always very short and seemed annoyed while I was being very nice and respectful with the way I spoke to him. I also am upset because I called multiple times to speak with someone to address one of my charges to my account and the staff kept saying they couldn't help with that but would tell the owner to contact me, that happened twice and still the owner never called. On top of this, the room smelled like mildew and always seemed damp, also in my room the light in the toilet/shower area was missing its cover so it was basically a hole in the ceiling with wires and it was just above the shower which is a huge hazard. The rooms were ridiculously overpriced. I had reserved the room 10 months in advance for the wedding and for one night it was $135! This is worth $60 a night at best, plus the breakfast was awful, I have had better breakfast at rural motels than this place. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I would suggest that if you are debating on paying a little more to stay somewhere else then do it, this place is only good for its location and that is it!"
"This is a hidden gem. An Econo lodge with a pool, very clean, great cold breakfast. Wonderful accommodating staff. Better than the nearby Comfort Suites. Always stay here when we are in the area."
"Great hotel! I was initially hesitant to book because it's not that expensive (which - in my experience - usually means the hotel is not that clean), but this place exceeded all expectations and was excellent. Very clean, inside and around the property. Great staff. Would stay here again. Overall, highly recommend stopping in this town. Great businesses, including nearby distillery. Everything in the town is so clearly taken care of. And great nearby park/forest with trails for walking/running."
