"Not a great place. Under new management. My father has lived here for just over a year and they constantly try and rase his rent, charge him for have stuff on his patio,charge him for baby sitting my dog, garbage water and sewage (witch was not on the lease agreement) They refuse to fix anything. Until a water pipe broke and flooded his apartment. They refuse to fix it for 3 weeks. And once they started the project took over 2 months. That's two months without a working bathroom, access to his bedroom,(he live in the front room) and my sister was trapped in the bedroom for 2 days. Long story short they don't seem to care for a old man consistently warns them about issues, (thay ignore these) Unless someone wants to sue them they get new appliances and hard wood floors. (The ladie under tryed to sue for flood damage.) I would not recommend living here, Also castco is moving in behind the complex. So it's a construction site from 7am to 3pm."
