"5stars for management. There doesnt seem to be enough faculty to fully take control of the 4 building property with upkeep. But management has always been amazing and it seems that our current manager is FAR better than our last 4 managers. Crystal for the win! Your the best! ... My name is Debbie and I share the apartment with my son. Ive been here for multiple years and of all the management ive seen come and go, Krystal is far most the best. Any issues Ive had have been dealt with in a friendly manner. I dont just feel like a tenant but a person."

"I lived there one year. This is a terrible place. Black mold, cockroaches, noise, bad personnel, bad water, homeless people in the laundry and so on. Managers are scammers. They try not to return the deposit. I went to see them every day for two weeks to get my money back. They did not return me 500$. Taking rent for the last month TWO TIMES."

"Horrible don't live here...... The ghetto .....Meth city....homeless bumbs digging in trash cans. No assingned parking ungated acess for all to come in. I live here and fed up with noise loud music and prostitution outside my window. Cops are always speeding down the street I live so close to front street I could here the cops engine. Rent has gone up with no repairs. Pest problem has gotten out of hand roaches, rats, termites, bedbugs, Clark might as well stop coming because this place is infested. Broken washers and driers broken security gates cameras don't work. Management does nothing to address these problems. Not a comfortable place to live . Mold behind the walls plumbing smells like ass. Can't wait to move $700.00 for a 1 bedroom with bathroom in the room no patio no garbage disposal no central heat and air ,I thought we were in 2016 wow the appliances are twenty years old. Take my word for it Courtside apartments are not up to code standards. Consider someplace not on Marconi ave unless you want to deal with the mental zombies on the street SCARY !"

"They have bed bugs, roaches, and rats my friend lived there for 3 yrs and when she complained about the rats outside her apartment they put her out. The manger showed favoritism to some residents gave out laundry keys to who.she wanted making it very unfair they looked my clothes up in the middle of the day. The manger cursed and talked to me and other residents. Lied to the courts and allowed my neighbor to sale drugs and have junkies hang out in a apt. for 8 mths no rent. The apts are just bad business. Stay away. If you value your sanity and goos credit."

"Very noisy being right on a main street. No assigned parking so it limited and small parking spaces. Interior looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all, windows very dirty, Kitchen stove very dirty (old grease stains), broken parts in the refrigerator, Dishwasher doesn't clean at all. Tiles in bathroom/kitchen need replaced. Carpet needs replaced. Blinds were dirty/broken/missing. Has a serious mold issue management won't deal with. Exterior: Washer/dryer room only 2 per building were broken (broken into) only worked 25% of the time. Gates never worked for security. No camera's so lots of vandalism happens. Neighborhood/neighbors are loud and lots of drug traffic happen. It's a very run down place. You get what you pay for but don't expect a deposit back, they will charge you for things they don't do. You can never get a hold of management or maintenance guy to get things fixed."
