"I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Scott & the other guy do not answer the phones AT ALL and when you go to the office they are doing NOTHING. Most of the time they are staring off into space or chatting with each other. Trash is $45 a month. Dog poop everywhere. Cigarettes everywhere. THEY POCKET WATCH. When you have a question no one in the office helps you. They all act clueless. But when they need something they will be on you about it every day. Residents smoke from their balcony. The only nice person here is maybe the cleaning lady. THEY NEED NEW STAFF ASAP. They say they have a special but rent will almost be $3,000 EVERY MONTH. So if you’re not willing to pay that much do not move here. Everything in the house is CHEAPLY MADE. WALLS ARE THIN EVERYTHING IS HOLLOW. Lights are horrible do not work. Some Cabinets are installed crooked."

"I recently just moved here about 2 weeks ago. i love it so far and everyone has been super welcoming and i love how the residents mins their business and are just so friendly and welcoming. i do notice a lot of residents violating the Lease. My neighbor Smokes right in the parking lot and i have seen her do it right in front of her door, Our entire unit smells like Cigarettes. But other than that. it’s okay."

The property is clean and quiet which gives me the advantage to study for medical school. I lived at a sister property managed by this company and that’s one of the reasons I chose this place."

The entire team was accommodating and communicative, and made sure we got the unit that was the best fit. Also, maintenance has been terrific. Martin has been able to resolve issues the same day I submit a request. I really appreciate his communication, friendliness and how quickly he attends to the issue. In short, The Strand has been great and I'm happy to call this home!"
