"As many of us know we've been sheltered in place for quite some time and many are working from home. It's made me realize how much I appreciate the community that I'm part of which yes is Westgate Village Apartments, that I have been part of for over 20 years. Over the years many of my neighbors have become close friends. Do to the fact that the complex is pet friendly I've met many more while they walk their dogs. It's been a joy noticing the new young families moving in because it's a safe place due to the fact we have a regular security service. All of this attests to the great job the management team does here with their tenant selection process. I'm particularly appreciative of the continuous upgrades to the apartments which makes them very appealing. That's in direct relation to the ongoing attention and commitment to detail by the maintenance crew which includes after hours, weekends, and holidays needed to resolve any electrical and plumbing or maintenance issues. In summary none of this would even be possible without the leadership of the Corporate Office, Tandem Properties and their commitment to the highest standards of professionalism. Everyone in the leasing office are very generous and responsive . Very quiet, clean units and buildings. Friendly neighbors near my unit and very safe environment! The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. "Love this place! Very comfortable and quiet area. Manager Deidra and office staff are very helpful and nice. Maintenance guys are efficient and special thanks to Ramon for always fixing things in a timely manner! My favorite amenities are fitness room, coffee, pool, Hot tubs and my condo and love having my washer and dryer. Highly recommend using them for renting!"
