So I call the office and in the process of getting to the right person I get hung up on. When I call back the woman who answered the phone initially is confused and re-transfers me. The person who handles the electrical calls says that there's no appointment for me and says have a good day. No sorry, no can I book you an appointment, no please let me see if I can get you in today or tomorrow..."
