"Myself and 2 other ladies went to the winter festival and weren't impressed at all!!! The band was good but if anybody wanted to get to the dancefloor good luck because people were just standing there taking up the ENTIRE DANCEFLOOR! So anybody that wanted to dance to the great music couldn't! Wouldn't recommend to anybody that likes to dance!! Vry disappointed! Even talked to a staff member but she was to drunk to care!!"

"The venue is enchanting, and the staff is incredible. The only problem is the dirt and grim; since the venue is so old, I assume there is dirt and debris from years of service and events. They could use a remodel and a thorough, deep clean. The positive thing is that the light is so dim that you can't tell unless you look for it."

"I recently had a "Back to the 60s" theme party at Riverside Ballroom, for my 70th birthday party. The entire staff was very accommodating, from the menu items, to the setup availability, to assistance with our program needs. All my guests raved about their family style chicken dinner and they allowed my family to bring in our own cake, and assorted desserts for later in the program. I looked forward to this party for over 6 months and it lived up to my expectations and more. Ken and his crew were a big part of the success."

"Very cool place. Saw a great band- lots of people dancing. Shared 3 dances with my special date. A girl I had my first crush on wayyyy long time ago. In 8th grade chicken to ask her dance with me. Lol. Miss her so much but understand why. February 13, 22 bittersweet an was the last time I saw her. Such a cool special place. A wonderful date at a great historic place in GB! Staff were awesome at the bar. Check out my pics : Packers - used to practice here. In March I went to a wedding held at this location which I don’t have pics. But just a great place and staff is so good. GB is so blessed with cool places like this! This is truly my forever home and trust me u will see soooo many pics and posts of GB and around iGB. So good to feel at home. Regret ever leaving and running away from my problems. So happy to enjoy life and do reviews on cool places- like this! "We chose Riverside Ballroom for our large wedding reception (300+ guests). After visiting and considering many venues, we selected Riverside for their inclusive packages, size, aesthetics, good food, and friendly staff. Ken and his team were helpful and accommodating throughout the planning and lead up to the wedding. The day of team was attentive and efficient. The space was clean and precisely set for our event. This included flexibility in their schedule to allow for early set up. The venue while older has the charm and elegance of yesteryear. We would recommend Ken and the Riverside Ballroom to other couples in search of a beautiful, unique, and historic venue."
