"This place is not up to state code and dont let anyone let you think otherwise. The painting is not professionally done. They do sleight of hand and sneak asbestos in the contract. The buildings have lots of roaches and termites. Occasional rat. It smells like pee. The doors are easy to break into. The windows are not up to code. Dont consider this place it has changed management more times than the seasons."
"This place has occasionally roaches, termites, and mouses ! . I’ve been living here for a year now, the apartments are easily too break into , I have two cameras in my apt as of now!. Every chance I get too leave someone is going into my apt. I have police report after report they haven’t fix my broken locks on my door neither has came and fixed my air conditioner (I have a 5yr old) so this is a BIG law Suite for vista pines. Management is hardly ever on site too talk too."
