"Don't get me wrong beautiful place but Melissa and Deeva love to lie and mislead. We put in applications in June. After they ran them they said " well your previous landlord put something negative on your credit that's why we have to deny you. When we found out we fixed the problem. Melissa said yea ok but nothing else. Well we found they had a studio for 1675 on an Apartment rental website and so I called and Melissa brought up our application and report again. Got everything straighten out. But she still kept giving us excuses. So I went on a website and found a guy's name associated with Hunters Run David. So I called him I talked to him and an hour later Melissa called me and said we would like to continue with the rental please bring in your section 8 voucher and we will get it all done. We took a bus over and we sat with her. Deeva decided to leave. We sat there and she said ok I'll take the voucher and it's for Apartment 33 and it's a 1 bedroom for 1875 5 Dollars off this month. We just need to run your application again. I was like um...ook but then she started adding all these other fees to the price, you have 1875 for rent, deposit is 1000 and then you also have to pay separate for water, sewer and trash. I was like well then what's the actual rent for?? So I asked what about the studio for rent? That's advertised? She said oh no that's gone. I was like well we can't afford the 1 bedroom and that's not what we came here for. So we went to leave and she tried to keep the voucher! She seems to think the voucher is just a paper she sends section 8 to see If they approve rent prices. I told her noooo that's to tell section 8 to inspect and pay. When we give you that and the security deposit we get the keys and sign the lease. Well she didn't think so . So I took it back and also the other papers we signed and left. I called David and ironically he never called back. Melissa called me and said what's going on? I then asked her why she had to re run our applications and she said well that was back in June I said nothing has changed and she said well I still have to call your previous landlords. I said you haven't done that yet? I even gave you all their names and numbers You could have called them yesterday and she said well I didn't. So it was a stall tactic. She didn't run a complete application screening when it was first paid for. That told me they didn't really want us there. Talk about bait n switch and conning people pfft!!!"

"I reached out to several apartment complexes while on a serious search for a new place. Dava from Hunter's Run was the ONLY complex that messaged me back out of nearly 25 inquiries. Dava kindly let me know she had an apartment available soon. I went to look at the property that same day, and I applied for it the next day. I was approved very quickly, and I moved in 3 weeks later. I've lived in apartments for 20 years, and this was by far the best move-in experience I have had. Not only was Dava very kind, she was extremely attentive, ensuring everything was perfect at move-in. The entire complex is incredibly clean and safe. The trash is always emptied, the laundry facilities work great, the grassy areas and landscaping are well-kept, the pool area/hot tub area is squeaky clean, the reserved parking spots are large, and my a/c unit works great in heat. The maintenance team is always working on the grounds, and any issues are fixed quickly. There is a tall fence surrounding the entire property, and it is very quiet at night. I feel like the people who work here truly care about the complex, as it shows! The complex is in a great location, close to popular businesses and a short drive to freeways. The other tenants I have met are so kind and welcoming. You can tell that management puts a lot of effort into the application process and how they approve who lives here. I'm so happy that I moved here, and so grateful for Dava and Melissa and their staff of workers!!!! Highly recommend!"

"They charged us $150 complete clean and $85 carpet clean and other labor for a total of $300. How is it "complete clean" and carpet is not included? The company took a big chunk of our deposit despite cleaning the apartment really well before we left to avoid paying a premium. I would not recommend this place. No one really cares. They took advantage of us relocating. Never in my life have I had to pay for such a thing despite living in several apartment communities."

"I LOVE my apartment!! It is so cute and well maintained. I've had no problems here. It is quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, very well taken care of. It's great having the assigned parking. I've never had any bad experiences with the homeless people. They have all been friendly as well. It isn't like there are a ton of them hanging around. You see them at night in the dumpster area only. I've only seen a few in the 6 months I have been here. It does not bother me that someone goes through the dumpster at night. Any mess gets cleaned up in the morning. Dava and Melissa have always been very nice and helpful. My maintenance request was handled the next day. Signing a new lease was simple. This place is awesome!"
