"Wish I could give them a zero! My husband and I applied for an apartment at this location and paid over $320 in application fees and a holding deposit. We never heard back from them, dispite calling multiple times. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of and I had to go into the office to talk to somebody who was not helpful and never followed up. It's been 4 weeks and we have not gotten our holding deposit back, which was supposed to be returned within 72 hours. They won't refund our application fees either. We never heard back from them and never got a determination on our application. At this point they have stolen $320 from us."

"Lived there for 21 years with my kids who basically grew up there and didn’t have any issues while living there. The on-site manager Rose great person. She is very nice and compassionate. She loves and cares about the safety and well being of the tenants especially the kids that live in the complex. Always doing fun activities with them which they greatly appreciated. When she hears of the kids not getting along while playing outside together Miss Rose as the kids would call her, was always the peacemaker and things were back to normal. No issues with the maintenance, Pedro is nice and always professional with checking and or fixing what’s needed in the unit."

The manager Rose from day one has been excellent. Always went above and beyond to help us with anything that arises. The maintenance man is always friendly and gets things done with no problem. If you're looking for a community to be a part of pick this one."

"I freaking love this place. My neighbors are amazing and the on-site manager, “Rose”, she’s even more amazing. I can always go to her when somethings wrong on the property, I also never knew that managers could be this involved in the community and really make us feel like we’re home. I would recommend this property to anyone. Especially if you want a safe place to raise your kids. Because another thing I love about living here is that the manager definitely looks out for all the kids in our community."
