Terre at Graves Apartments

"Didn't even get to see the place! I made an appointment to tour one of the complex that I was very interested for, they confirmed the appointment and when we went, the office was closed and when I called the office standing outside of it they hung up the phone on us twice, so disappointed. This happened and hour ago! If I could give it 0 stars I would."

"Had a pipe burst back in September of this year was a nightmare trying to get a hold of maintenance yet the property manager. It took about 2 days to resolve the issue but it didn’t end there. Our water bill went thru the roof which we addressed with the property manager, yet we still got no word from them."

"Ok well this was written before it became Terre. Shawna was great so effective that they moved her . Argh. Then they painted the place and changed the name to fancy Terre so they could raise the rent to an outrageous amount . Sad. It is still El Cajon. We have had a lot of issues in this place. I have lived here over four years and it always seems that management didn't care. Shawna is new to the place and her sense of urgency as well as dedication has made a huge difference. There is a lot of work to be done here, but if anybody can accomplish it I'm sure she is the one."

"Shawna is amazing! Not only If she quick on returning phone calls and answering questions and taking care of things, she also walks the grounds and see what kinds of things need to be done. She's very receptive to the residents needs and concerns. She also remembers people's names and asks how they're doing. She's extremely friendly beautiful person inside and out. I've lived here 5 years and this was by far the best management I've seen us have here. Shawna definitely goes above and beyond every day and we're blessed to have her here!!!"

"Been here for 5 years and it's just gone down hill. 1.The staircase came off as they just propped it up with 2×4s. 2. Dryers are always broken. They just keep taking down the signs that residents put on the dryers without fixing them. 3. Homeless people in the parking lot and in the trash almost every day. *Updated- the homeless started jumping the fence and bathing in the hot tub 4. Parking is an issue. 5. New property manager is rude. Update: we managed to get released from our lease after the manager gave the okay for people to enter our apartment without notifying neither me nor my partner beforehand. After calling my partner to set up a pre-move inspection with him, did not show up all day for the inspection. It has now been 6 days and we have not received a call back since about the inspection, turning in keys, or our deposit, or anything. Basically took our money and cut us off."
