"My experience was ok until I fell down the stairs due to loose stairs and badly injured my left knee. It took for me to fall for them to fix the stairs. The manager talks to other tenants about other tenants. She walks around with a clip board and camera taking pictures. She stands by certain tenants unit listening to what they’re saying. She lies on people! by far the worst place I’ve ever lived!! Quite frankly it doesn’t deserve rating at all! I wouldn’t walk away from this place I’d run! Period I hope that they find a better management company and replace the manager that’s currently here. They seem to target some black people. Real quick to believe what other races say especially about black people. No dog policy when a lot of people have dogs, and I’m sure they are not all service dogs. My dog is a emotional support dog for my disabled son. I’ve never met such a cold hearted person until now. It’s really sad. We’ll all I can say is she has her favorites. I’m just glad that I had the opportunity to talk to the family that speak no ENGLISH about an incident that my child had absolutely nothing to do with. Disappointed tenant"

"The manager used curse words in front of children, very unprofessional staff! Zero politeness or communication with tenets. Save your time and money. Lots of addicts around the complex because there is no security."

"Management tries, but the tenants are mostly pretty terrible. In the 3 months I've lived here, one tenant hit my car, causing 1,000+ in damages, and left the scene. Another tenant who witnessed this, told the manager about it, but refused to come forward or otherwise bear witness because "it's not my problem." So, there is nothing I can do about the damages, because even though I know who did it, I have no proof because the one witness doesn't care enough to do the right thing. My bike was also stolen from my front porch in broad daylight, while I was home, most likely by another tenant (I live on the inside of the complex). When I asked around, I was told that there are several thieves living in this complex, and that others have seen the thievery in action, but no one will say or do anything about it when they see it because "it's not my problem." So, you can expect to have your things stolen/damaged by other tenants, and don't expect any witnesses to come forward, because by and large, these people do not have those kinds of morals."

"They will charge you as much as they can for cleaning and painting no matter how nice you've kept your apt. They will do minimal repairs begrudgingly. Your neighbors will be loud and someone will drive though the parking lot at 11pm blasting music nightly."

"I really suggest that you consider moving to another property before moving in this one. They have very old appliance and the air conditioning in the units are so old and installed in correctly that the air and heat blows outside because the unit is not installed correctly around the wall. It's noisy due to screaming kids. I lived there a year in half and my rent was increased twice...not a few dollars but hundreds. They say there's a salary requirement to move in but want happens when they raise the rent and your salary doesn't change. I'd focus on good on time paying tenants rather constant turn overs to get more money. You wonder why people are homeless...these properties push you put on the streets to fill their pockets!!!! Please think about moving here before you sign the 900 page lease. I'm just saying!!!!!!"
