"Help under slab flooding causing massive flooding in unit help! Management clueless and it's been weeks now they aren't helping but they left a shop vac for my neighbor to use Help! Called it email the city for help! I explained what was wrong only they won't listen!! Called my insurance and they blocked my phone and email so I'm not able to do anything except review them ! Help!! Clueless staff all of them! They should have fix it before renting it,floor temperature is 94 degree and flooring did not stick? Floor temperature should not be hot! Management was clueless and maintenance as well! Help! They are bullies saying it's our respsibility when it was under the foundation! Seriously! Bullies! Help! I'm disabled my neighbor is in a wheelchair and we need help! My neighbor upstairs just told me as the maintenance was in her unit they caused other issues that are unbelievable! Her toilet leaks, and before they entered the unit it was fine? This is what un qualified employees do to get overtime or cause issues to be a hero? When they are responsible for the damage! Seriously!! Help! Upper management needs to step in the crew here is not in your or our best interest! Help!"

Not only was the size and design impeccable, but the staff were friendly and efficient - making the whole experience a joy from start to finish. The location was perfect for my needs and the facilities were well-kept and well-organized. Overall a relaxing and pleasant stay."

"Management here has been wonderful and understanding. From what i was told this is a whole new managment team and they are great people. Ashely has been so understand and she really is knowledgeable. All round the apartment that i stay in is Great!!!!! I have not ran into any problems and i hope i dont in the future. I appreicate you guys!"

"Please rethink about living here. Management is horrible, it takes forever to hear a response from them. Our cars were vandalized and absolutely nothing was done. The cameras are not to protect the residents who PAY to live here it’s to protect the asset of the property. Everything in the apartment is cheaply fixed, they just repaint on top of everything. The fees they try to get from you is outrageous, especially during these hard economic times they will charge you with anything they can. Sad enough to say even the maintenance workers have a lot to say how unprofessional the company is and treats them. So really look into some where that’s safe for yourself or your family."

"I am slightly shocked that reviews are so bad for current residents. I moved in February of 2021, the entire time they have been making improvements and while they aren’t all functional yet and some were irritating to listen to - the ladies in the office have always answered my questions whether I call or email. Maintenance fixes are spotty but overall I think they do a good job. I’ve never had issues with the laundry room by my place or packages being stolen. I work in Dana Point but live in Oceanside for the cost of living and I really enjoy calling Villa Del Mar home. I will say the new dog run - the gate latches need to be better. Any normal sized smart dog can lift it and just push the gate open."
